Our journey is rooted in the legacies of our parents and the soil of our homelands, Haiti and Cameroon. We believe that the next generation of leaders in these nations possess boundless potential, but they often lack the physical and financial scaffolding to reach it.
Growing up, we learned that leadership is built on an “amour du travail” (love of work) and perseverance. Whether it was the discipline of a 5km walk to school or the creative spirit needed to build a home where no infrastructure existed, our heritage taught us that we must be active participants in creating the world we want to see. These values are the most precious inheritance we can pass on—not just to our own children, Elijah, Veronica, and Briana, but to the youth of our ancestral homes.
We believe a leader’s journey begins with a safe place to learn and the financial peace of mind to stay in the classroom. This is our way of giving back—not just as donors, but as partners in the long-term prosperity of our communities.
Our Mission – To honor our heritage by empowering the youth of Haiti and Cameroon through direct investment (financial and in-kind) to ensure the next generation has the foundation to build a brighter future.
Our Core Values
1 – The Golden Rule (Respect): Every human being deserves fundamental respect. We actively challenge our own biases and beliefs to ensure we treat everyone with the dignity we would expect for ourselves.
2 – Compassionate Resilience (Empathy): We understand that leadership is often born from hardship. We lead with a quiet ear and an open heart, recognizing that when people are hurting, we must offer support without taking the challenges of the work personally.
3 – Grounded Perspective (Gratitude): We operate from a place of gratitude, remembering that no matter our challenges, someone else is praying for the things we often take for granted. This keeps our mission focused on service, not ego.
